Albertina Institute for Mediation Dr. Marcus Pohl is a private institute. We have made it our mission to use the mediation process for the best benefit of our clients, to further disseminate the method of mediation, which is convincing for numerous conflict situations - for example through short instructional videos or other publications - and to research and further develop the technical forms of mediation (including video mediation). “Albertina” is a word/figurative mark designed by the owner(s) of the Albertina Institute for Mediation, which has been registered with the Federal German Patent and Trademark Office under the registration number 302020222823 since 07.07.2020 and is protected under trademark law. We are a member of the German Mediation Association (BM) and the German Association for Mediation in Business (DGMW).

Liability for content

The contents of our pages have been created with the greatest care. However, we cannot assume any liability for the accuracy, completeness and up-to-dateness of the content.
